* Provide leadership to the student cohort across all areas of student welfare.
* Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure students receive high-quality education and care.
* Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and motivation.
* Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.
* Collaborate with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and partnerships.
