An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant within our established Smithfield office. Success will be a breeze as a solid client base is in place.
Your role will include :
* Developing and maintaining strong networks with current and future clients - no sales involved.
* Maintaining a diverse database of candidates
* Building and developing new and existing client relationships
* Recruitment & selection across Temp & Perm roles
* Completion of own general administrative duties.
Successful applicants must have the ability to work autonomously, within a National Team, be self motivated with a 'can-do' attitude, be able to think outside the square to solve a challenge, however the key to your success will be your exceptional customer relationship management skills.
Ability to be flexible with start and finish times would be highly desirable as no day is ever the same.
Full training on our in-house systems and processes will be provided to the successful candidate.
