Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing human resource policies, procedures, and programs across various organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provides expert advice and support on HR policy and compliance, employment processing, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and liaison services.
* Promotes a high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, and goal attainment.
* Demonstrates strong project management skills and the ability to multitask by managing multiple clients and priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office products and a strong understanding of existing and emerging HR operational technology tools and platforms.
* A sense of urgency and exceptional communication skills (oral and written) with a desire to build long-lasting relationships.
* Strong research, analytical, and project management skills.
* The ability to work with various personalities at all levels and coach employees and management through complex issues.
* Solid judgment consistent with standards, practices, policies, regulations, or government law.
* Independent judgment, high-level confidentiality, and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment.
Salary:
The salary range for this position is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
