Key Responsibilities
• Supporting the lead agent with day-to-day sales and campaign activity
• Assisting with buyer enquiries, inspections, and follow-ups
• Database management and lead nurturing
• Attending appraisals, open homes, and client meetings
• Preparing marketing materials and coordinating campaigns
• Learning negotiation, listing presentations, and deal execution
• Providing high-level administration and sales support
• Assisting in driving buyer engagement and sales results
About You
• Strong interest in residential real estate sales
• Previous real estate experience advantageous but not essential
• Hungry, driven, and willing to learn quickly
• Confident communicator with a professional approach
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Positive attitude with strong follow-through
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Ideally based on or near the Central Coast
