Role Overview:
We seek a Client Experience Specialist to plan and deliver exceptional client experiences and events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute bespoke experiences and events for luxury clients, leveraging CRM support across the network.
* Support boutique activations, client treatments, and out-of-boutique initiatives aligned with Maison guidelines.
* Assist in curating clients' travel arrangements and itineraries for international events.
* Coordinate festive client gift programs with relevant stakeholders and departments.
* Contribute to reporting and client insights for boutique teams.
* Liaise with key suppliers on campaign implementation for client recruitment and retention.
