We are a well-established and respected cleaning business based in the Southern Highlands, seeking a reliable and motivated Daytime Operations Coordinator to join our team full-time.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in high standards, is confident dealing with both staff and clients, and has the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Confident, professional communicator with strong organisational and time management skills a must. Previous experience in cleaning is highly regarded, but not essential.
Key responsibilities -
* Conduct regular quality control checks across job sites
* Meet with new and existing clients
* Prepare and deliver job quotes
* Coordinate daily operations and support cleaning teams
* Perform general administrative duties as required
* Assist with occasional cleaning duties when required
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 6am to 2.30pm.

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
