Join Our Team — Casual Curtain Cleaning & Customer Service Assistant

Adelaide Curtain Cleaners has proudly served residential and commercial clients for over 23 years, specialising in qualified curtain cleaning with take down and installation services.
Position
Casual/part time, approximately 20 - 30 hours per week, weekdays only.
Starting hours will be 11am to 3pm, with some flexibility offering the opportunity to work between school hours. There is also the potential to increase hours, responsibility and increased pay as you grow in the role.
Key duties
Prepare curtains for cleaning, including initial inspection, measuring and pricing to produce quotes or invoices.
Perform curtain cleaning tasks such as steam pressing, stain spotting, final inspection, and packaging.
Job booking, scheduling and invoicing using ServiceM8 software.
Qualifications and Experience
A Knowledge of or interest in fabrics and cleaning processes.
Previous experience in laundry, dry cleaning or similar role is a bonus, but not essential.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in technician scheduling, phone sales or customer service will be highly regarded.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service.

Ability and skills to provide admin support.
Friendly, approachable with excellent phone manner and customer service skills.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
