Beauty Queen requires an experienced beauty salon manager for its busy shopping centre outlet.
Responsibilities
* meeting salon weekly sales targets;
* recruitment, training, motivation of the team;
* following company systems and policies;
* compliance with health and safety legislation and security of the salon;
* preparing marketing and promotional displays;
* stock control;
* reporting to head office.
Qualifications
* Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
* 3 years' management experience in the beauty industry.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work unsupervised.
* Willingness to learn current treatments.
