The successful candidate will have prior experience working in community pharmacy, preferably in a similar management position as PIC. This easy-to-manage roster allows for the general day-to-day running of the dispensary and shop, supported by a dedicated team.
This is an excellent chance to work with a supportive leadership team within an expanding group, comprising 40+ sites. Key responsibilities include maintaining QCPP & 7CPA targets, driving business growth, and delivering quality healthcare services. With light script levels, there is ample time to build lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
* Prior experience in community pharmacy is highly desirable, but we also consider candidates with drive and enthusiasm.
* Develop and implement effective leadership and organisational skills.
* Drive business growth through innovative ideas and strategies.
* Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
