We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team in Bundall. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for someone who excels at managing warm accounts, converting company-generated leads, and building long-term customer relationships while achieving strong sales results. About the Role As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound opportunities, converting leads into funded deals, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and Operations Director to support business growth while consistently meeting sales targets and KPIs. Key Responsibilities: Manage and convert inbound leads and existing accounts Build and manage sales pipelines Close deals and convert to funded outcomes Make outbound calls from company data (100 calls/day) Follow up on existing and previous opportunities Deliver excellent customer service Maintain accurate records in Zoho / CRM Achieve sales targets and KPIs What We’re Looking For Experience in account management, sales, or call-centre roles Strong phone and relationship-building skills Target-driven and KPI-focused CRM experience (Zoho/Salesforce highly regarded) What’s On Offer $60k base super, reviewed to $65k after 3 months OTE of $120,000 Warm leads provided Clear commission structure Bundall office location If you’re an Account Manager who enjoys closing deals, building relationships, and being rewarded for performance, we’d love to hear from you.
