Administrative support is crucial to the success of our business. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Office Administrator to join our team.

About our requirements:

* A civil construction industry background with 2+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably)
* Transferable experience from other industries also considered

Your responsibilities will include:

* Accurate timesheet entry and data management
* Effective contract setup and administration
* Data entry, filing, and processing of invoices
* Issuing purchase order numbers to suppliers
* Cross-functional administrative support as needed

We're looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
