Due to an internal promotion, an exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join our South Australian Sales Team based in Wingfield.
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will be assigned a geographical area and will be responsible for developing and securing new business opportunities. To be a successful candidate, you will bring a genuine passion for client satisfaction, customer engagement and retention.
Your new role:
* Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities
* Provide leadership and support to the team
* Ensure long term growth and profitability of the division by identifying and developing relationships with key clients and generating new business
* Submit quotes and follow up on leads to close sales
* Provide excellent customer service, build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Meet sales targets in accordance to business metrics
About you:
* Ability to manage and retain business.
* Proven experience as Business Development Manager or similar.
* Experience in CRM is highly regarded.
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
* A passion for sales and experience generating new business.
* Tenacious, resilient attitude and Results focused.
* Work well under pressure, find opportunities and drive business.
