This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist located in Nuriootpa, SA. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities. Day-to-day tasks include developing personalised treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and monitoring patient progress. The role also involves educating patients on injury prevention and health promotion, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The successful applicant will be working alongside Exercise Physiologists, Social Worker and a Dietitian making collaboration key.

Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications in Physiotherapy (Bachelor's degree or higher)
* Current unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* First Aid and CPR certification
Skill Set
* Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills in physiotherapy
* Confidence in developing personalised treatment plans and patient education
* Ability to maintain accurate patient records and monitor progress
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
