Ecommerce Assistant Job Overview
As an ecommerce assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of online sales strategies. You will work closely with the ecommerce manager to develop and execute plans that drive traffic and conversion online.
* Online Strategy Execution: Assist the ecommerce manager in implementing online sales and promotion strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
* Channel Portfolio Optimization: Support the ecommerce manager in optimizing traffic driving investments across DTC channel, marketplaces, and Amazon to accelerate GMV.
* Product Listing Coordination: Coordinate product information, including descriptions, prices, and images, to ensure accuracy and appeal on Magento and Amazon.
* Customer Support: Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, provide timely resolution, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
* Website Maintenance: Monitor and update website content, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a user-friendly design.
* Web Performance Analysis: Analyze data using GA4 analytics to generate traffic reports, conversion analysis, and derive actionable insights to optimize product listings and enhance user experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business with major studies in e-commerce, marketing, advertising, digital marketing, or a related field. 2 years' experience in ecommerce or digital marketing is advantageous, with a strong understanding of online sales strategies and ecommerce levers.
