Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and creative professionals to produce outstanding work.
* Oversee the creative direction and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
* Develop and present innovative concepts, strategies, and design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with project managers, account managers, and other teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the studio at the forefront of design innovation.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met without compromising quality.
* Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering creative solutions that exceed expectations.
Required Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Senior Creative Director, Creative Director, or similar leadership role in a design studio or agency.
* Exceptional creative vision, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful work.
* Expertise in graphic design, branding, digital media, and visual storytelling.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a creative team.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Relevant qualifications in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
