Customer Service Consultant Opportunity
You have the chance to make a real difference in your local community as a Sales and Customer Service Consultant. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
About the Role
This full-time opportunity includes a flexible rotating roster, working between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work. As a Local Community Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing Medibank products and services to your local community. You'll be responsible for providing outstanding service, showing individual accountability and responsibility for supporting customers end-to-end.
You'll possess a cross-set of skills and diversity that equip you to solve a range of standard day-to-day problems. You'll serve local customers in the communication channels of their choice (in-store, on the phone, in the community, or messaging).
