BRD Group is seeking an expression of interest for a Student or Graduate up to 2 years experience to join the Loganholme office.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced graduate who is passionate about building design and keen to immerse themselves into our team. We offer exceptional ongoing professional development through our in-house program and promote networking through our industry associations and mentoring from our experienced senior staff.
To Be Successful in the Role you will:
* possess or working towards a Diploma / Degree in Building Design or the equivalent office and industry experience
* be highly skilled in the use of Revit, experience in AutoCAD would also be looked upon favourably.
* be a critical thinker and able to review own work to ensure company QA documentation standards are adhered to.
* have excellent knowledge of the NCC & Australian Standards.
* excellent understanding of construction methods & detailed drawings.
* have excellent attention to detail skills
* excellent time management skills
* excellent interpersonal skills
* excellent written & verbal communication skills
* have a passion for the built environment
* motivated self-starter & enjoy working in a team environment.
In the positioned outlined you will be offered exposure to a broad range of projects while working in a great team environment thus allowing you to expand on your capabilities.
This is position is for an initial 6 months probationary period. The salary will commensurate with skills and experience and aligned to the company's Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA).
