The **Product Marketing Manager** will work to develop a strategic market management plan, review of the products, perform a competitive analysis and identify relevant segmentation to map out new opportunities and execute local marketing initiatives.
You'll work on the end-to-end development of the products and go-to market strategies supporting the sales team with related marketing content based on the assessment of the market needs and identifying further opportunities on existing contracts.

Monitoring trends and competitive developments for services in the Australian and adjacent markets, with a focus on Health
- Monitoring existing portfolio and determining white spots and untapped market needs
- Developing and enhancing products to target new market segments or enhance value proposition in existing segments
- Leading the local implementation of new products and services
- Support the prospecting new partnerships through the market intelligence and innovations and through the growth of new products with existing partners
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and product utilisation and deducting improvement in customer experience
- Supporting the sales channels in their approach to new or existing clients - attending sales meetings to present detail of the product/ offer along with marketing collateral
- Developing and executing B2B and B2B2C marketing campaigns to activate customer relationship and foster product utilisation with a strong focus on ROMI
- Sharing best practices from the Australian market with the global product management and innovation team
- Translate strategy into deliverable initiatives with clear roles and responsibilities
- Advocating for key compliance processes associated with development and delivery of all product and marketing within Health

About you: *

University degree in business administration or marketing
- Proven track record in Product development, market intelligence; ideally in the financial service industry
- Experience in Insurance or Assistance Business is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Interest in innovation and digitalization of the customer experience/ offers
- Generalist marketer with capability to deliver across multiple channels
- High level of customer orientation
- High degree of self-organization, independence, ownership, team spirit and decisiveness
- Experience influencing and delivery to support key projects
