Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Direct message the job poster from Galileo SearchAre you passionate about agile ways of working and ready to lead high-performing teams toward successful product delivery?An ASX-listed organization with an amazing culture is looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to help shape and guide multiple squads, ensuring products are delivered on-time and on-budget in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Why You’ll Love This RoleInfluence & Impact: You’ll coach and mentor 2–3 squads, champion agile best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Collaboration & Coordination: Partner with Product Owners, Principal Engineers, and other stakeholders to align roadmaps, resolve issues, and facilitate effective Scrum of Scrums.Dynamic Environment: Embrace an ever-evolving business environment where you’ll drive change, encourage learning, and promote agility across the organization.Growth & Development: Lead workshops, provide training, and share best practices that accelerate team performance and personal development.What You’ll DoCoach & Facilitate: Guide cross-functional scrum teams to ensure timely product releases, promoting a positive coaching and training approach.Agile Evangelism: Model agile values and principles, setting the cadence, tracking deliverables, and encouraging self-reflection and retrospective improvements.Risk Mitigation & Problem-Solving: Identify roadblocks, manage dependencies, and support squads in achieving sprint goals—escalating only when necessary.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, communicate delivery progress, and align on priorities.Continuous Improvement: Drive incremental enhancements in agile frameworks, adapting processes for maximum efficiency and transparency.Administration & Reporting: Maintain visual boards and agile tools, keeping sprint data current while measuring performance against roadmaps.About YouExperience: At least 10+ years in an agile environment and 5+ years serving as a Scrum Master across multiple teams.Coaching & Leadership: Proven ability to mentor, facilitate, and train geographically dispersed squads, with a knack for inspiring high engagement.Technical & Methodology Savvy: Comfortable with Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks (LeSS, TDD, BDD), plus the flexibility to work in a fast-paced setting.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or similar. Certified Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach/Trainer is highly desirable.Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational strengths.
