The Opportunity:
As a Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the team. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Collaboratively managing office correspondence and communication channels
* Assisting with scheduling meetings, appointments, inspections and travel arrangements
* Maintaining organised records and databases
* Resolving any issues that arise on a daily basis
* Overseeing property maintenance.
* Coordinating office logistics and supplies
* Providing support with event planning and coordination.
* Preparation and setup of rooms for meetings and workshops
* Collaborating with visitors, clients, contractors and team members to ensure smooth and professional operations.
Your Skills & Experience:
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience in an administrative or support role essential.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
