Extending on our long term contracts with Hunter Valley coal mines, JA Martin Electrical (trading under ARA Electrical) is currently seeking multiple qualified Electricians at our Mt Thorley branch for full time maintenance and installation work across many CHPP and Open Cut mine sites. These positions will suit dynamic individuals with great attitude towards safety and good client relation skills who want to be a part of a great team.

Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role you will be required to complete and pass a Pre-Employment Medical (including Drug & Alcohol) and demonstrate the following skills and experience
* Experience working on mine sites
* Understanding of relevant AS/NZ/ISO standards
* Knowledge of and commitment to Work Health & Safety, Quality Management and Environmental principles
* Good literacy and communications skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work alone or well in a team
* NSW Qualified Supervisors' certificate or NSW Contractor's licence
* NSW Drivers Licence
* Working Safely At Heights (Advantageous, not essential)
* National Licence to Perform High Risk Work (Advantageous, not essential)
* First Aid Certificate (Advantageous, not essential)
* Glencore / Yancoal Inductions (Advantageous, not essential)
