About your new job: The responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to: • Monitor invoice inboxes and prepare invoices for processing • Identify any discrepancies and problem invoices • Reconciliation of accounts and bank statements • Prepare and issue outgoing invoices • Allocation of payments • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding pricing and incorrect details • Regular liaison with other branches • Provide administrative support to the finance team and wider administration team when required • Assist with month-end closure • Other general administrative tasks as required About you: The ideal candidate will have: • Previous exposure to accounts and receivable • Problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Professional demeanour when engaging with internal/external stakeholders • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of Microsoft packages • Ideally, some tertiary qualifications, however, not essential What is in it for you: Long-term opportunity with a leading brand. • Friendly & supportive team • Stable company • Progression opportunity for the right candidate To apply online, please email Kate Cvetanoska by clicking on the link below.
