* Working closely with Dja Dja Wurrung Aboriginal Clans Corporation * Key role in fostering culturally sound, respectful and enduring relationships in alignment with government policy, Partnership Agreements and other government arrangements as appropriate. * Working across a diverse landscape with opportunities for travel and independent work About the role The Dja Dja Wurrung Partnership Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of joint management arrangements between Parks Victoria and the Dja Dja Wurrung Aboriginal Clans Corporation. This role facilitates collaborative planning, cultural land management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure Traditional Owner knowledge, values, and aspirations are embedded in the management of jointly managed parks consistent with the Managing Country Framework. The Partnership Coordinator supports the implementation of the Dhelkunya Dja Joint Management Plan, coordinates operational activities across the six appointed parks, and fosters respectful relationships with Traditional Owners, government agencies, and community stakeholders. The role contributes to cultural heritage protection, ecological conservation, and the development of inclusive governance and reporting frameworks. About the Team We are a collaborative and values-driven team within the Operations and Delivery Division, focused on delivering high-quality engagement that supports on-ground outcomes across Victoria's parks. We work closely with communities, partners and internal teams to ensure decisions are informed, inclusive and transparent. Our team values strong relationships, continuous improvement and shared learning, and we support one another to deliver meaningful outcomes in a fast-paced and evolving environment. We're looking for someone with: * Sound knowledge of cultural landscape operations, public land operations and related environmental, infrastructure and visitor service programs. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess issues and develop practical solutions. * Understanding of governance, accountability and compliance obligations in public sector operations and Traditional Owner Corporations.
