- Employment Term: Permanent full-time

- Remuneration: $100,776 + Super + NFP salary packaging of up to $15,900 and $2,650 for meals and entertainment
What you’ll do
- provides individual, couple and group counselling and education with an aim to strengthen family relationships
- prevent breakdown and ensure the wellbeing and safety of children and adults who live in all kinds of families.
Essential to the role
- sound knowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to provide counselling and related services within a therapeutic context to a range of clients with issues including, but not limited to, domestic and family violence, sexual abuse, child abuse, relationship discord and grief and loss
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, oral and written communication and advocacy skills are required along with a proven ability to work co-operatively within a multi-disciplinary team in a complex human services environment
What makes a difference for us
- Possession of a Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or Behavioural Science from a recognised tertiary institution coupled with prior experience
- Qld Suitability Card for Child Related Employment (Blue Card)
- Current Drivers Licence
