Ideally, you’ll bring: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role A love for food and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes The ability to lead, motivate and support the kitchen team A flair for innovation and menu creation Great communication skills and a team-first attitude Your Responsibilities Will Include: Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations Playing a key role in menu development and presentation Maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen Assisting with stock control, ordering, and cost management Why Join Us?
