Medical Administration Registrar Role
This is a critical position in a large public healthcare service where you will have the opportunity to develop expertise in medical administration tasks and duties.
Job Description:
The Medical Administration Registrar will work under the direction of the Director Medical Services to facilitate the development and implementation of robust medical administrative systems. You will be responsible for medical administration, including leadership of junior medical officers, ensuring efficient operations, credentialing, complaints management, service re-design, quality and safety activities, and implementation of the clinical governance framework.

Qualifications:
* Registration as a medical practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
* Completion of at least 3 years of clinical experience post registration.
* Commitment to pursuing the qualification of Fellow of the Australasian College of Medical Administrators.
* Understanding of how the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) indicators align with this role.
* Participation in - or completion of - a degree in management.
Experience:
* Experience or knowledge of the CHS Exceptional Care Framework, Clinical Governance Framework, Partnering With Consumers Framework and all other related frameworks.
