Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Air Conditioning Sales role located at Sunshine Coast, QLD. The successful candidate will actively engage with customers to provide excellent service, identify client needs, recommend suitable air conditioning solutions, and manage end-to-end sales processes. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and coordinating with installation teams to ensure seamless service. The role involves a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
* Experience in Export and Freight processes is an advantage for liaising with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of products.
* Capability in Training and guiding customers or team members on product features and technical details.
* Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
* Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge or experience in the air conditioning or related industry is preferred.
* Valid driver's license and availability for on-site visits as required.
