**The company**
Our client is a boutique aged care provider offering trusted services to the community in the Bayside area.
**The role**
A receptionist role where you are a welcoming presence to visitors and stakeholders whilst ensuring all Covid-19 check-in protocols are adhered to. An inclusive, tight-knit team will support you. Based in Sandringham, this is a part-time role working between two to three days per week, for approximately 8-weeks. Working days will be between Monday to Friday, with shifts between 9 am - 4 pm.
**Your duties**:
- General administrative duties
- Ensuring all guests complete a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) for Covid-19 and present a negative result upon arrival, and wear a mask throughout the facility
**Your skills**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Healthcare (aged care or hospital) background advantageous
- Intermediate computer skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Consistent attention to detail
- Confidence in facilitating Covid-19 protocols
