About this role

A dynamic job with a leading sustainable building materials company. This is an exciting opportunity to work with major residential builders and take ownership of a key region, drive results, and make a meaningful impact.

You will be given a portfolio of our most significant clients. This is your chance to directly influence the future landscape of the region and see the tangible results of your work on a grand scale.

Main Responsibilities:

* Managing a portfolio of major clients with annual sales in the $20M–$30M range.
* Building long-term, value-based relationships with decision-makers in the detached residential building sector.
* Identifying and converting new opportunities.
* Offering tailored solutions.
* Collaborating with technical, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely, high-quality service.
* Delivering volume, revenue, and margin targets through proactive engagement and data-driven insights.
* Acting as a trusted partner to clients, helping them meet their own sustainability and project goals.
* Championing Holcim's commitment to sustainability in every customer interaction.
* Building success based on relationships and being a trusted advisor to major clients, offering tailored solutions, not just products.

About You: We're searching for an individual with grit, vision, and the drive to own their territory. Ideally, you'll bring :

* Sales or account management experience in construction, building materials, or related sectors (strongly preferred).
* Strong experience in key account managementor territory sales roles.
* Confidence working with major clients and navigating complex commercial landscapes.
* A self-starter mindset, strategic thinking, and strong negotiation skills.
* Tech-savviness with tools like Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate at a senior level.
* A curious mindset and a willingness to grow into leadership.
* Passion for creating value, solving problems, and building strong customer partnerships.
* A genuine interest in sustainable building solutions and long-term customer partnerships.
