Your Day-to-Day Duties:
* Assist in concrete pouring, mixing, and finishing
* General civil labouring including site setup, formwork preparation, and cleanup
* Help with concrete delivery and distribution on site
* Perform site cleanup, including removal of debris and excess materials
* Support trades and operators, including excavator and machinery operations
* Conduct site safety checks to ensure compliance with regulations
* Work closely with concrete crews, learning best industry practices
Experience & Requirements:
* Some experience as a concrete labourer with understanding of concrete placement and finishing
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* White Card
* Reliable transport and valid driver's license (some sites may be in remote areas)
* Strong commitment to safety standards and procedures
