About the Opportunity
We currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to enhance our business and customer base within the construction sector.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for your own territory across the Mackay and Rockhampton Regions, converting strategic users to our brand.
The successful applicant will be reliable, self-motivated, and driven to succeed, building strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effectively present our products and solutions to the construction industry.
* Acquire market share by converting end-users to our products.
* Work closely with other specialists to achieve best outcomes and mission alignment.
* Ensure Salesforce CRM is regularly updated and maintained to improve conversion rates.
* Be willing to learn and develop in line with our competency framework.
* Support the broader team in embedding our culture throughout the organisation.
* Overnight travel and trips between Rockhampton and Mackay regions will be required.
About You:
* Ability to seek out and convert opportunities.
* Field sales or end-user sales experience.
* High level of autonomy.
* Trade background or hands-on experience with tools is desirable.
* Computer literate, comfortable with MS suite, and experienced with CRM systems.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Full driver's license with an excellent driving record.
