As a key member of our dining operations, you will provide high-quality food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a section of the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth service and high standards are maintained.
* Greet, seat, and engage with guests, providing professional and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
* Take and coordinate food and beverage orders, with detailed knowledge of menus and daily specials.
* Oversee and support junior staff, providing training and guidance.
* Manage table allocations and ensure efficient service delivery.
* Respond to and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety and RSA requirements.
* Contribute to maintaining service standards and supporting overall restaurant operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of two years' relevant experience in a comparable restaurant environment.
* Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service periods.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A current RSA certificate.
