You will be working within a friendly and collaborative Payroll Department assisting with end-end Payroll. The Role 3-6-month contract opportunity for an experienced Payroll professional. As Payroll Officer, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for a large and diverse workforce. This role will suit someone who enjoys ownership of their work, thrives in a high-volume environment, and can work confidently within established systems and processes. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end processing of a weekly and fortnightly payroll Managing payroll queries and providing timely, accurate support to employees Interpreting multiple EBAs and awards Ensuring compliance with taxation and superannuation legislation Assisting with reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements Your Profile You'll bring previous payroll experience with a strong understanding of payroll legislation and award interpretation is essential, as well as excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Exposure to large payroll systems will be highly regarded.
