Tasks and Responsibilities
* contributing to the planningand review of office services, and setting priorities and office servicestandards
* allocating human resources,space and equipment
* assigning work to andmonitoring work performance of staff
* managing records and accounts ofthe office
* liaising with Professionals tocoordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems
* ensuringofficeequipmentandsuppliesare maintained
* ensuring compliance withoccupational health and safety regulations
* ensuring work complies withrelevant government legislation, policies and procedures
* coordinating personnelactivities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll,training and supervision
Requirements
* AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma
* In some instances relevantexperience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formalqualification
* Ability to build and maintainpositive relationships and partner with all areas of the business.
* Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
* Ability to work in a small teamenvironment, as well as being able to work alone at times whilst other teammembers are out of the office.
* Intermediate to Advancedcomputer skills, including the ability to resolve IT issues that arise
* Employer Sponsored Visa.
* Permanent Residency (PR) pathwayafter 3 years of employment.
