Twirll is looking for its SALES SPECIALIST to cover Sydney, Australia. We are at the forefront of a digital cloud platform offering end-to-end solutions for business growth and automation. The successful candidate will work with our enterprise sales team to drive Twirll adoption through all phases of the sales cycle. This is a unique opportunity to engage with progressive technologists and businesses. We’re looking for someone who loves technology, solves problems, is passionate, treats customers like partners (not targets), and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth and enable new customers to the platform
- Lead in-depth discovery discussions to understand customer environments and needs
- Focus on hospitality businesses
- Identify business problems and propose solutions delivering growth and full automation
- Provide proactive and timely onboarding support
- Conduct virtual and live product demonstrations
- Collaborate with Twirll national/regional teams to tailor offerings
- Assist customers with business solution and process design
- Coordinate with the customer success team to ensure customers are power users of the product
- Contribute to shaping the culture and future of the Twirll sales organization
Required Qualifications
- Robust passion for sales and a results-driven mindset
- 2+ years of technical sales experience with enterprise software
- A degree in a sales-related field with at least 2 years in field/ground sales in the hospitality sector
- Ability to generate a strong lead pipeline via digital and non-digital channels
- Outgoing, energetic person who enjoys engaging with customers and prospects
- Proven track record of direct end-user engagement
- Ability to provide rapid product-related responses and maintain reliability
- Experience managing multiple customers while delivering fast results
- Client management and business awareness
- Prior startup experience highly preferred
- Experience selling ecommerce, point of sale, or accounting software
- Business consulting proficiency (optional but encouraged)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven client-facing experience
