About the Role
This position focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting day-to-day sales and operations. Your role is to manage enquiries, prepare quotes, process orders and ensure customers receive efficient, professional service. There is no cold calling — all enquiries are inbound and come to you.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Inbound Sales
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
* Provide product information and pricing
* Convert enquiries into confirmed orders
* Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management
Sales Support & Administration
* Prepare quotes and process sales orders
* Manage customer records and update systems
* Assist with account management and repeat customers
Operations & Order Processing
* Process and track orders through e-commerce platforms
* Coordinate freight and delivery bookings
* Handle order-related enquiries (tracking, returns, refunds)
* Ensure smooth order fulfilment from sale to delivery

We are in the architectural building materials industry - timber panels, cladding, timber flooring - and experience in architecture, interior design, trades are beneficial. However, industry experience is not required and we will provide you with full product training.
