We're actively seeking a Spa Assistant Reception Manager to join our team at the award-winning Spa at Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey. You will assist in delivering and overseeing guest care standards and be responsible for the overall management of the spa reception desk to ensure all guests, members, and day spa visitors have an enjoyable experience.
The role includes duty management shifts, guest relations, and managing feedback. The Spa operates seven days a week from 6:00am to 10:00pm, so flexibility and the ability to work various shifts are essential.

Here's what the Spa Assistant Reception Manager will be responsible for…
* Ensuring a smooth guest journey throughout the Spa
* Motivating and coaching the reception team
* Maintaining a welcoming front of house environment
* Developing processes and procedures with the Spa Front of House Manager for all operations, including SOPs, health and safety, and IT systems
* Upselling retail and treatments to maximize revenue
* Managing duty shifts

* Passionate about delivering professional, efficient, and exceptional guest service with strong organizational skills
* Relevant qualifications such as degree, HND, or Advanced GNVQ
* At least 1 year in a supervisory role in a similar environment, with experience in training, systems, financials, guest services, and health and safety management
* Flexible and enthusiastic about the profession
* A team player
* Eligible to work in the UK
