As a Clients Manager – Tax, Business Services & Advisory, you will independently manage and grow an established portfolio of engaged business owners across industries, becoming their go-to advisor. You'll spend your time where it matters most, providing insights and strategy to clients rather than just tax returns.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Managing a defined client portfolio, delivering high-quality tax, accounting, and advisory services.
* Leading client relationships – running strategic meetings, AGMs, tax planning sessions, and business mentoring conversations.
* Serving as the main point of contact for clients – owning the communication, advice, and relationship outcomes.
* Mentoring, coaching, and supporting team members under your guidance to achieve aligned success.
* Collaborating with the Senior Production Manager to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of technical work.
* Identifying opportunities to add value for clients through advisory, structuring, and proactive guidance.
