Providing outstanding dog grooming services in store
Drive the profit and sales success of the salon, achieving and exceeding sales targets
Coordinate the salon and clients including bookings in conjunction with the Store Manager
Assist the floor team when required, providing exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions
Maintaining specific breed clips, while consistently upholding grooming standards and brand/product knowledge
Managing and coaching junior groomers
Create strong safety mindset, committed to fostering a culture of safety within your team
