**About the Role**:
As the Human Resources Consultant in the Business Partnering team at the Department's Central Office, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-level operational advice and support in relation to services across the range of HR management functions under a true business partnering model;
- Monitoring and supporting a range of human resource systems and services related to the delivery of HR projects and business as usual activities, including workforce planning. Recruitment and selection, appointments, onboarding and probation, grievance and conflict resolution, leave and organisational health, safety and wellbeing
- Maintaining team data and reporting (skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI are practical, but not essential)
