About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Partnership Manager to join our dynamic and growing team, overseeing the Baby category. Working as part of the high performing sales team, the Client Partnerships Manager will be tasked with owning and driving revenue growth across multi-media channels by engaging with both new and existing clients.
As a Client Partnership Manager, you will:

5. Use Cartology’s unparalleled access to customer data to build customer-first proposals that drive a positive outcome for clients and customers.
6. Become an retail media expert, working collaboratively with the Woolworths Commercial team to align category and marketing strategy, key activation timings, promotional plans and customer insight.
7. Deliver against individual category sales targets by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
8. Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunity, enabling you to provide updates on business reporting, including accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management for your allocated patch.
9. Protect and grow existing revenue within your category and identify, qualify, pitch and secure opportunities for new business leads, driving revenue growth.
10. Be a spokesperson for Cartology, with a solid understanding of our point of difference and how we can add value to our clients.
11. Engage with contacts across all levels of seniority in your client base, building great business relationships with an understanding of your clients’ key strategies.
12. Take an active lead in client engagements including presentations, workshops, industry events, with support from your manager as required.
13. Role model the purpose and values of our business in all your actions.
About You
You are a highly motivated sales leader, with a passion for creating insight-led and customer centric shopper marketing and brand campaigns with a bias for action.
In addition, you:
14. Are energised by a fast paced environment and consider yourself to be a skilled relationship builder, with the ability to foster strong partnerships with new and existing clients alike.
15. Demonstrate 5-7 years of experience and success in growing multi-channel media sales across a range of different clients.
16. Have experience with selling digital media solutions based on target audience characteristics.
17. Can manage campaigns that leverage a diverse range of coordinated media inventory (eg POS, print, email, targeted online, DOOH, radio and to a lesser extent TV).
18. Have experience working with data and insights sources to build strong campaign proposals, with customers at the core.
19. Can demonstrate a client's return on investment (ROI) to drive repeat business through the use of data.
20. Get energy from building strong relationships with multiple client contacts to deliver positive outcomes.
21. Have experience in successfully educating and converting clients on new media products.
22. Understand the value of “though the line” media campaigns for clients.
