Pharmacy Support Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced support staff member to join our pharmacy team.
This permanent part-time position involves working Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with occasional Saturdays required.
As a valued member of our front-of-shop team, you will:
* Deliver high-level customer service and product advice
* Assist with sales, POS operations, and stock presentation
* Provide support with requests and general queries
* Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked front-of-shop environment
* Work collaboratively with pharmacists, technicians, and assistants
What You'll Bring:
* Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a similar role
* Availability for the advertised days without restriction
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
* Familiarity with pharmacy products and services
* Knowledge of relevant systems (or willingness to learn)
