About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Commercial Banking team as a Business Growth Manager. This role will involve managing and growing a portfolio of customers through client acquisition, cross-selling, referrals, and ongoing relationship management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building customer engagement with existing small business customers primarily within their area and providing tailored solutions and recommendations to support business growth and development.

* Participate in high-volume inbound and structured leads-based outbound calling.
* Provide high-quality customer service to a wide and diverse range of customers in a team-based managed portfolio.
* Retail and grow existing customers.
* Understand customer ambitions and help them realize their business growth and development goals.
* Contribute to a high-performing team culture and environment based on high collaboration and rapid customer solutioning.
* Meet assigned performance targets across the balanced scorecard.
* Engage with existing small business customers.
* Manage a team-based customer portfolio.
* Collaborate effectively with Lighthouse & CSO enablement teams.
* Maintain deep knowledge of the ANZ product suite to ensure customers are recommended appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

* Experience in a banking or finance industry, and agribusiness experience is an advantage.
* Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and influence relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Portfolio Management: Select, prioritize, and manage a portfolio of work or customers in line with its strategic objectives and capacity to deliver.
* Customer Solutioning: Support customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services.
* Credit Assessment and Management: Assess, advise, monitor, and approve a customer's credit worthiness and suitable credit structuring options.
* Data Analysis: Collect, profile, and analyze data to translate into meaningful insights to inform business decisions and deliver customer solutions.
