**Qualifications Required**:
- Australian Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher) or equivalent
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia
**About the Role**:
To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following:
- A customer first attitude
- Management / Supervisor experience preferred
- Ability to work up to 55 hours per week (retail trade hours)
- A passion for retail (Fresh Food & Perishables)
- A committment to quality
- An ability to work as part of a team
- 3-5 years experience as a qualified butcher
