This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Canberra.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for chronic disease management, triage, vaccinations, wound care, pathology collection, health assessments, recall, coordination of the treatment room, cold chain management, and sterilization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Registration with AHPRA Required
* General Practice Experience Essential
* You should have an interest in primary health care, health assessments, chronic disease management & care plans
* Strong Time Management Skills are Necessary
* You need to be able to work autonomously, but also as part of our team of doctors, nurses, and allied health providers
