We’re growing our People Experience function and are seeking a confident, proactive Employment Relations Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will support our ER Specialist to deliver high-quality, timely, and trusted advice across a complex, multi-entity, and purpose-driven organisation.

What You’ll Be DoingLead end-to-end case management and conduct fair, impartial workplace investigations.Prepare clear, evidence-based investigation reports with sound findings and recommendations.Coach leaders on performance, conduct, PIPs, and best-practice ER approaches.Provide compliant, risk-aware advice aligned with the Fair Work Act, Awards, NES and internal policies.Build ER capability across the organisation and contribute to policies, training, and IR collaboration.
What You’ll BringTertiary qualifications in HR, Law, IR, or a related discipline.Demonstrated experience in Employment/Industrial Relations, HR Business Partnering, or similar - ideally in a complex, multi-stakeholder or unionised environment.Strong working knowledge of Australian workplace relations legislation, Modern Awards and enterprise agreements.Experience in (or willingness to develop) advocacy skills for industrial tribunals such as the Fair Work Commission or QIRC.A calm, methodical approach with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Sector experience in disability, aged care, or health is highly regarded.
