- Join our Friendly, Supportive and Vibrant Team Environment- About the Role:
- Anglicare has an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our Community Services team in Summer Hill. This role is a casual role. You might also have the opportunity to provide reception relief at other sites. eg Parramatta, Mt Druitt, Liverpool. In this role you will be responsible for providing reception and administration support to ensure effective delivery of client services in the Community Services office. You are required to have experience in various systems and software including Excel and extensive scanning skills.
- Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Provide high levels of customer service including receiving, screening and directing clients and visitors and responding to site enquiries-
- Process accounts and information using Anglicare systems and databases-
- Liaise with staff and Snr Administrators to address site issues-
- Provide assistance with routine administration and communications related to the site and services- About You:
- Well-developed communication skills-
- High level computer skills including MS Excel and databases-
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload-
- Relevant qualification in community services (desirable)-
- Experience working in a community service or similar environment (advantage)-
- Current paid working with children check (WWC)-
