The Rural City of Wangaratta is seeking three motivated and proactive Maintenace Workers to join our dynamic Roads Team. If you enjoy hands-on work, being outdoors, and contributing to the safety and accessibility of your community, this could be the perfect opportunity.
What You'll Do
* Maintain and improve sealed roads and local infrastructure
* Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver high-quality outcomes

What We're Looking For
* Experience in civil construction or road maintenance (preferred but not essential)
* Relevant tickets or licenses (e.g., truck license, plant operation)
* Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices
* A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
