An opportunity for a Property Manager to join our team in Bordertown, on a full time basis, has arisen. Prior experience in Property Management and licensed in SA, will be a significant advantage, however we will consider those who will guarantee to obtain their licence within a consolidated timeframe, and who excel in providing exceptional experience to all of our key stakeholders.

About the opportunity:
Your main responsibilities will be to manage a rental portfolio which includes the following:
Property inspectionsTenant enquiriesProcessing tenancy applicationsManage rental arrears.Property maintenanceRegular contact with landlordsFacilitating landlord statementsProcessing rent receipts

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
Exceptional customer servicePrevious exposure within real estate industry preferred.Excellent written & verbal communication skillsProfessional presentation and groomingConsistent attention to detailExceptional time management skillsMust have a full Drivers’ Licence and reliable vehicle is essential.Aspire to make a difference in the community.
