About The Role
You'll oversee our Home & Living services in Wodonga, ensuring your team is engaged, high-performing and aligned with Aruma's mission. Your ability to combine strategic thinking with authentic leadership will help create a supportive environment for both staff and customers.

About You

* At least five years' experience in a middle management role, ideally within disability services
* Relevant tertiary qualifications such as a Diploma in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Individual Support or Business Management, or equivalent
* A strong commitment to human rights and delivering outstanding customer service
* Skilled in mentoring, coaching and developing high-performing teams
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire others
* Empathy, compassion and a genuine understanding of diverse perspectives
* A collaborative approach and a natural ability to bring out the best in people

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver high-quality disability services
* Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to build a motivated, high-performing team
* Manage budgets, rosters and team performance to meet strategic priorities
* Champion human rights and person-centred practices in all aspects of service delivery
* Coordinate multiple systems and processes to ensure operational success
